First come first serve, which is ok, but I was told it’d be 30-45 min and when I checked after an hour I was told it’d be 1.5-2 hours. Nice staff but unorganized, and really wish they had been clear from the beginning because I would’ve returned earlier the next day instead of waiting 2 hours for an oil change. A bit longer is ok, double the expected time I was given is not ok. My Groupon also had fluid top offs but I checked and they didn’t refill, despite me reminding him. Very nice staff but very unhappy with service.

I’ve been to DKK twice, and both times I had phenomenal experiences. Joe and his team are knowledgeable, fair, and honest, a winning combo for any mechanic. Seriously, if you’re in the market for mechanic, give Discount Kar Kare a try.

I was hit Twice within a month and a half. Separate damage on the side and rear area of the car. Joe and his guys made my ride look brand new, similar to when I bought it from the dealership. Trust them, they will take care of you and make sure things are done the right way, even if its just maintenance. Great Shop!
