The customer service here is great! My skid plate was hanging off and I was in desperate need to use my car. I got worried this would be a few day ordeal (I don’t know much about cars)… The guy quickly took my car and fixed it! Literally a life saver.

First time customer and beyond disappointed. Brought car in to get a quote to replace 2 lug nut bolts replaced. They had to take wheel off and in process broke another bolt off. Tech was very indifferent about breaking it off. Due to this issue I had no choice but to have them repair as car wasn’t drivable. Inquired about when car would be finished and they stated by 11 next day. They started to work on it that night. Next day car still not ready at noon. Eventually told that car lift was broken and they couldn’t lower car. Around 5pm finally contacted the car was ready. Went to pick up car and tech said how can I help you, told them ready to pick up car. Handed me the key…and that was it. I understand issues happen but really up to them to provide some level of customer service, which they didn’t. Don’t recommend them based on their indifference related to issues they caused (broken lug and lift broken).

I took my car in due to misfiring and I must say Tyler and Clayton have the best customer service I've ever experienced. They did some repair and even let me take my car until the ignition coil part came in which was like a week later. I don't know any other auto shop would allow you to do that but I was very surprised. I will forever take my car to them because they took care of me and my vehicle. GREAT SERVICE ALL AROUND!!!!
