Left my car there to get repaired after a hit and run. We left the car there before a three day weekend, and then Dallas closed down for three days for an ice storm. Causing delays that were out of our control. I ran out of time in my rental and Alex made sure my daughter had a vehicle the days that were not covered by my rental. Back in December, I hit a deer. Did a whole bunch of damage to my vehicle. I contacted Alex Paint and Body and they told me they could start work on it immediately when most places had a wait time of up to 2 months. Since it was during the holidays and winter weather, work was delayed some. As they say, good things come to those that wait. When I got my vehicle back a few days ago, it was like a new vehicle. They did an excellent job and I will recommend them to others in need of body work.

The work that was completed was done well however all the work I needed done was not completed. Therefore, I had to take it to another place to have the work completed. Additionally, the car was there for 2 weeks and they had promised it within 6 calendar days. Service: Body & Trim
