Lamb’s on Lakeline has very courteous and knowledgeable staff. When I brought my car in late Friday afternoon they quickly completed an oil change an emissions inspection. Although I didn’t have an appointment the work was completed in less than an hour and the price was reasonable. Will bring my car back for regular service.

I'm never going to take my car to another place for maintenance, and that's not hyperbole either. John, the store manager, was very courteous and thorough with explaining what needed to be fixed with my car. They were able to fix it in a timely manner and I picked up my car in the expected time frame. There isn't another place I'll consider taking my car even if I have to drive a good distance to get to Lamb's.

I was relieved reading all the raving reviews and had high hopes for this shop. The reviews are the only reason I came to this location, after having to deal with many shady shops throughout the years. Unfortunately they did not perform all the services I asked and was invoiced for. John was great and friendly, I appreciated the good customer service. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. The mechanic did NOT perform a tire rotation like I asked (and stated on invoice). I am able to identify differences in each of my rims and confirmed that after leaving this shop they did not rotate the tires. Now unless they took the tires off the rims, which I highly doubt, then I am sure a rotation did not happen. I really had high hopes for this shop because of all the great reviews. My only advice if you come here would be to double check the work you are paying for.
