Don’t bother making an appointment as it does nothing to speed up your visit. My appointment was at 1:30p and I had to wait for 3 1/2 hours for my car to be ready.

Advisor can’t answer phone calls when they said, “call me at any time”. I’m trying to schedule a service and I have some questions about my vehicle. I have 2 free year maintenance but I’ll go somewhere else. Oh well, thanks Toyota.

Worst customer I have experienced. I have no idea what’s wrong with employees attitude. Wait times are ridiculously insane. No communication with the customer. If they don’t know the answer to a question they just say I don’t know. They don’t look for the answer or even try. Hopefully it changes.
