Pep Boys

Price alone is a 5 on my book, I went to dealership and got a $1,000 quote for front and back brakes… at Pep Boys got only back brakes done, because Pep Boys said front brakes were not as bad, omg what a difference on the price ???? plus great work by mechanic Manuel ???????? Cesar and Nichole were very nice and helpful. Getting front brakes done in a couple of months, definitely coming back.

Awesome service the only complaint or not really a complaint but I was not offered the car alignment and Well I did not ask for it either. But other than that the service was excellent and was done in a timely manner. Got my sons car in and out with some new tires. and got it ready for there out of town rode trip.

Thought I had a major electrical issue and was racking my brain to figure it out. Everything looked good to me, but there was no current anywhere. I've had great experiences with this Pep Boys and they were my first stop. Nicole Vela and her team took the time to troubleshoot and find the bad connection. 20 minutes later I'm back on the road at no charge. They say customer service is dead. Not here! Thanks to Nicole and the rest of the team. You'll be my go-to from now on!
