The people who greet you at the front desk don't let you finish your sentences and and the people in charge of giving you status reports don't do it. No one should have to chase service providers around. They need to hire polite and consistent customer service people.

I should have read the review before deciding to bring my car to Mike’s repair, not that it will change people mind due to credibility of review. However it took them 3 weeks to get car fix, i rear ended and damage to hood. Was replaced along with other things. I noticed hood is not aligned . & does look it is not properly closed. My dad had a similar situation & on highway the hood opened. I am hoping they will fix this problem and yes, they never called for updates or even that car was ready. Will keep update

There are 2 posibilities. 1.They don't know what they are doing 2. They know and just want your money. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -The fuse next to the battery on the left side (not crashed side) was broken. It costed me ($4) they were asking for ($700) to "fix" the alternator. (fixed it myself) -The car left head light (not crashed side) broke (they bought me a new one with the supplement, how nice of them) -car oil was overfilled passed max (fixed it myself). Also never asked for an oil change, the oil was already good before. Now, that fuse was resposible for the alternator and battery. The fuse costed me ($4). They were asking for ($700) to "fix" the alternator. I went to Autozone, O'reilly, and a different mechanic and they all told me my alternator, and battery were good. They aren't any different from any other shop, they will wait till its past due to get the most out of insurance companies. They are rude and lie to skip deadlines. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
