All Tune and Lube Laredo

Very unprofessional and unreliable workers!!! When I dropped my car they told me they Will check my car on same day or the next day. It took them 3 freaking days just to check what going….on the top that’s they did diagnostic test without my permission and I was forced to pay for it. They didn’t even put air my tire, they return my car with tire pressure sign on smh. I don’t recommend this place to anybody!!!!

Nelson and Luna were very helpful in helping me understand what was wrong with my vehicle. I had been to a mechanic before seeing them that told me I’d have to spend over $1200 dollars to repair my suspension and they let me know that it was not damaged at all. I had been to another mechanic earlier in the day that did my alignment but he didn’t notice that my shock was super loose and they did. They fixed it for me no problem. Amazing service and great people! (09/13/2022) I went back today concerned about some control arms and a hub bearing and when I tell you that the service I received was unparalleled I’m not joking. Everyone was so kind and got everything repaired for me in a quick and efficient manner. They took a huge burden off of my shoulders and I can’t express the amount of gratitude I have towards this business. I've gotten oil change and vehicle repair here for my honda Accord. Oil change was around $90 for me, but compared to pep boys who's a bit pricier lasted longer, about 500 miles. I've come in to have brake system components changed. And so far, they've held up great. Got a deal for both sides, half off to what dealer would charge this job no doubt. Good quotes and eta's. Their waiting area here is clean. Have a bathroom and snacks within short walking distance and may offer courtesy shuttle service if you need it and have available personnel. Unfortunately, I'm leaving Laredo. In my short time living here, I couldn't have found better people in the service industry. Honest and true to their work.
