Kwik Kar of Lake Jackson

I was informed by another oil change place that my oil tank top had been left loose by Kwik Kar. The staff was pro and friendly though.

This place is a complete rip off!! They put the wrong oil in my car and had to take it to my mechanic to do a flush. It’s been over a month and no reimbursement or contact from the Owner. If by any chance I need a response from Alex Ziban immediately! Also if you need any work here, don’t go! Their own associates don’t have the slightest clue on what they are doing and very poor customer service. Service: Oil change

I highly recommend this place. The staff members and management are excellent. They are all very professional. They offer quick, reliable and affordable services. I am getting my oil changed right now. They ran a a diagnostic test for me (free of charge) since I just bought the Jeep that I am in. They are also checking and topping off all of my fluids (which is included in the full service oil change). Overall, five stars from me. I’d give them a 10 star rating if I could. We were also able to remain sitting in my vehicle while they changed my oil, which is great because I have my 5 month old and two other children in the car.
