I'm glad, that when my truck died, I was nearby a place like this. It's never fun dealing with a broken vehicle, and a lot of mechanic shops feel like they are taking advantage of you. I didn't feel that way at Master-Tech. They assessed the needs and got the truck back on the road within 24 hours.
Master Tech replaced the alternator in my wife's Honda Pilot. I have used Master Tech several times over the pas 7 years, and have always been pleased with their service. Car repairs usually come at the worst times, but I can honestly say that I believe I have always received a fair price for the work that is being done.
Very friendly and fast service. They fixed my brakes same day. We also called for another issue and appreciated they told us to call the dealership since it may still be under warranty rather than just saying they could fix it.
