Do not use this shop. They will keep your vehicle until the rent car is due back. They will demand 1000’s of dollars above your deductible in cash or cashiers check to get your vehicle back. $125 Daily storage fee will be assessed until they get their cash. He starts off nice then true colors show upon presentation of the invoice. Even after insurance company pays thousands of dollars he demands payment for overage insurance doesn’t cover. Please do not use them.

Everyone here is very nice. I have taken my car here many times and there is never surprise costs or incomplete work. They are great about just doing what you asked but letting you know if something else needs to be taken care of and truly how soon. I would recommend Chaps to anyone.

Daniel and his staff are fantastic! He takes a lot of pride in doing things the right way. After a minor rear end collision they got my vehicle repaired with OEM parts.
