I've gone to the Waco Toyota and wanted to try the Killeen store due to Waco's advisor team and feeling like I wasn't being taken care of properly. First off, Killeen has a very clean and very organized facility. Their staff was more than helpful and even gave me a list of ways I can take care of my vehicle in the future which I absolutely love! I only went there to get an oil change and tire rotation but they gained a long term customer. I will definitely be buying my next Toyota from this dealership.
Purchased 2023 4Runner, and the experience was great. Everyone was professional and helpful. Toyota just got a forever customer.
We bought a brand new RAV4 in 2013 and service has always been good-no complaints. Pretty easy to work with, they always keep us informed of any faulty indications or any parts needing repair or maintenance. They do a pretty thorough vehicle check at every oil/filter change, so I can plan/budget for it.
