I took my Honda in for some transmission problems. After dropping it off, I read that there was an active service bulletin from Honda on the issue I was having. Long story short, I called Texas Auto to let them know I needed to take the car to Honda for the repair that was covered under a special warranty, and even though they had test driven and started diagnostics on our car, they didn’t even charge us. Great customer service! Thanks, guys!
