Service Writers , Tim, Corey and Mechanic Randy provided excellent Customer Service. They exhibited great knowledge of their jobs. It was refreshing to me as a customer not to be given a hard sales pitch, not to be talked into services that were not needed on my car. They all put me at ease and spoke in terms I was able to understand.All the work I requested was completed.When it came to the selection of Tires.Tim was very helpful , taking the time to find out what type of performance I was looking for in my Tires This is very important as I drive less than 10 miles a week so I was looking for a different type of a tire. I did not need a super high performance tire that one would use for driving cross country or heavy traffic. Not only did Tim help me with my selection he also researched to find a Quality tire in the price range which is very important 5o me as a retiree. He kept me updated as to the status of the receipt of my tires. Randy the Mechanic performed lots of work on

This place is honest and trustworthy. They work fast and are under good leadership with Jon at the front desk. He was very personable and a delight to work with as I prepared to take my car across the country. I would recommend this place if you want good work done fast without unnecessary add-ons or upsells for a fair price.

I put my Tahoe in the shop for repairs on I had my oil changed and a new radiator in stalled it took 2 to days to get my radiator shipped from Chicago. The job was quick and they did a wonderful ???? job I will use them again. good job Scott and Tim. Services: Engine repair, Oil change
