Replaced the Alternator and some of the electrical components. Communication was easy. They were quick to respond and I felt like they listened to what I was saying about the car even though I am a woman. I feel like a lot of mechanics don’t really care to deal with a woman and I usually feel like I am being taken advantage of because of it. My car was diagnosed 1st thing in the morning after I dropped it off the night before after they had closed. They repaired it quickly and correctly and I had the car back by that afternoon.
