This place was amazing when Kenny was there, trustworthy and honest. Since he left it has gone down hill. I just brought my car here for the 2nd time. The day after it was "fixed" I reported that it still was not blowing cold AC. Now apparently there is a new coolant leak that they somehow didn't find when they fixed the first coolant leak. Supposedly the coolant and diagnosis is under warranty, but the parts and labor aren't, since this is supposedly a new leak. Now they want another $600, after the first $750 I paid. Cool Air Auto can fix it for the same price and I've got no warranty with them ????... I'll take my car there instead, and I'll never go back to Kenny's again.

Went in for a slightly crooked steering wheel, Victor had it straight in less than 30 mins! Great and quick service for a great price!

Sadly, Kinney's has changed. I've been bringing my RV there for a few years and each year it's a bit different. First, they don't do appointments, they do scheduling windows. That means you leave your vehicle there and they get to it in 3 - 5 days after you drop it off so they can fix it at their convenience. Second they are very aggressive about upselling. (You bring it in for an early transmission service vs manufacturer's recommendations and they immediately try to sell you on a coolant system flush well ahead of schedule. Finally, they don't do what they say they will do and you have to ask just the right questions to figure that out. The good news is once you catch them in a "gotcha" they do fix it. As for me it's too much work. It's time for a new shop.
