Recomend to bring your vehicle in to Philip ,confortable cost and great work
Jim is the man. I have been to a couple different shops for a shifting issue with my transmission, and I got a ridiculous estimate without them even diagnosing my vehicle! I looked up universal and saw they offer free diagnostics and so i decided to see if they would say something similar. Jim was very transparent with me and showed me that I didn't need a complete new transmission, they rebuilt my transmission and helped me with financing the repair. Jim is awesome and I cant be happier with the service done here.
Amazing customer service. I had a complex transmission issue. Jim explained it to where I could understand. He was compassionate and transparent. I’m always nervous about being taken advantage of by mechanics — more recently since my dad passed away. Jim made me feel like he could be trusted. Again, amazing customer service.
