I've taken a 1984 and a 2010 Mercedes to this repair shop. The owners are honest, down-to-earth yet classy people who deal fairly and respectfully with their customers. They've always beat Mercedes dealer pricing with a greater level of service, using only the best parts (the same the dealer would use). The owner has gone the extra mile for me when dealing with difficult warranty companies or giving me a ride home while the vehicle was being repaired. They take their time to explain what's going on with the vehicle and will give you the best options and scenarios to aid in your decision making. I would recommend this shop to any friend or family member because I know they would be treated right. They work on average vehicle as well as top of line, custom vehicles.
