Dropped off car for AC repair and brought a compressor thinking it may have been the problem and took your to work . Around lunch time the guy Jose calls me telling me everything is fine that it’s not the compressor it’s the AC switch. I said ok can it be fixed today still? He said he’ll look for the part and put on. I made several attempts to contact Jose throughout the day. No response. End of day 515 I arrive to pay and retrieve my truck and was charged 120 for “diagnostic “ which is not on my receipt and nothing was fixed. After going to the auto zone a block away which does deliver to Ramos I buy the part they charged me $120 to tell me was needed , not sure why if that was the problem they didn’t fix it which is their job, just to Find out nothing changed in my ac. Still did what it was doing before. I was referred there but a friend and I was disappointed and felt disrespected by the staff. I recommend no one use this place. PLEASE take pictures of your parts on your vehicle..someone there took a part of my truck I had made for my AC..when I asked about it no one knew anything..AND I HATE A THIEF!!!! P.S I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN Service: General repairs & maintenance
