Dropped my car off to have ac fixed (blowing hot air), told them EXACTLY (diagnosed by dealer ship) what needed to be fixed. Car got dropped off Sat around 11am they call me around 12 1ish saying my car ready they had to replace fuels $550 (NOT the diagnostics the dealer said) so im like okay whatever cool. I just wanted my air fixed. Picked my car up monday due being out of town. My car is barely used during the week due to me working from home, friday come air back to blowing hot, drop the car off AGAIN sat morning, didnt hear nothing from them til Monday BECAUSE I CALLED THEM!! They stated the compressor had to be replaced (THE REASON MY CAR WAS THERE THE WEEK BEFORE) which also costed $650 for labor and USED compressor. Mind you car wasnt ready until wednesday after 6pm. And here we is FRIDAY 48 hrs later i only drove the car to my house and the air STILL BLOWING HOT!!! $1200 and i still have the same problem!!! DO Not USE! DO NOT GO HERE! I have video of the owner/manager, whatever he is, Admitting that my truck and other vehicles had gotten broken into while in his care. No they did not have any kind of signs posted at the time and he even says that he is trying to turn it in on his insurance but of course that takes awhile. I HAVE NOT FORGOTTEN OR DELETED THE VIDEO SIR!! I believe he may have been covering up for someone because he says " If the insurance doesn't pay it I will take care of it" Were talking about $500 worth of stuff. Yes reciepts. As far as the work goes, the tune up was fine i guess but my A/C still doesn't work. I Guess you have to know somebody to get the quality work I'm reading about in these other reviews. Like I said then on the video we should have just called the police then but you can hear my husband talk me out of it. It's been MONTHS, I want you to do what you agreed to!!!
