I brought my vehicle in for a water pump and when I picked it up I drove for one day and then I had no cold air blowing. I took it back to see if they didn’t hook up something and was told it probably was from the water dripping onto the compressor and caused it to go out. They replaced the air compressor I picked up my vehicle a week later and now I don’t have a horn and my door lock doesn’t work. Are they running a scam so that they can keep you coming back for repairs??? Be sure you double check your vehicle before leaving it in their care. I will be reporting them to the credit bureau and to Consumer Services. They are not reputable people operating this company Services: Auto A/C replacement, Air conditioning

I have tried being patient with resolving the issue directly with the repair shop but they are not willing to fix their mistake. They have put mine and my family's lives at risk due to a faulty brake repair done. I have dealt with them in the past on minor repairs and thought they could be trusted. Last month me and my family took a 9 1/2 hour trip back home (Kansas) for a family emergency and shortly after making it into town, my brakes had locked up while I was driving. My entire car began to aggressively shake so I had to get it towed. I was informed that my car had missing and loose brake bolts. The mechanic had emphasized to me that this can only happen if the brakes were not secured properly. Not only were my calls being avoided when providing the reason for my call, the manager told me (after my 3rd attempt to try and reach him) that I was being dramatic with my concern and that he would not offer me a full refund. I’m giving Integrity two stars. Last summer I went to them to replace an O2 sensor. After 3 weeks of being without my car, I was given the news about that the technician shorted my ECM. I was told they couldn’t reprogram the old one and despite newly ordered ECM they didn’t feel comfortable programing it. they advised I go to the dealership to have the sensor and ECM replaced. So instead of paying $700 bucks for a sensor I now have to pay $3,000 for a new ECM all because it was removed incorrectly by the technician. 2 stars for not charging me your fee. But I really wish they would have been honest and told me they don’t work on German cars especially when it comes to electrical issues. Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic
