This place is a SCAM waiting for you! I took my vehicle in for a state inspection and an oil change and because it had a check engine light on the mechanic Shaun who is also the GM decided to do a diagnosis on the vehicle instead of the requested Inspection stating that I would have failed the inspection anyway. When I called to check the status of my vehicle I was given an estimate of $850.00 to repair my vehicle instead of the news that I had failed the state inspection. When I declined the repairs I was then charged a 150.00 diagnostic fee instead of the 25dollar state inspection fee that the shop didn't perform. This shop is NOT In the business of treating customers fairly and DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE!!! This is especially true if you are afraid of some mechanics trying to rip you off and overcharge you. THIS PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m giving Integrity two stars. Last summer I went to them to replace an O2 sensor. After 3 weeks of being without my car, I was given the news about that the technician shorted my ECM. I was told they couldn’t reprogram the old one and despite newly ordered ECM they didn’t feel comfortable programing it. they advised I go to the dealership to have the sensor and ECM replaced. So instead of paying $700 bucks for a sensor I now have to pay $3,000 for a new ECM all because it was removed incorrectly by the technician. 2 stars for not charging me your fee. But I really wish they would have been honest and told me they don’t work on German cars especially when it comes to electrical issues. Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic
