Firestone Complete Auto Care

Let me try and make this short and sweet. First visit, I went to get tire rotation and alignment. Well, after getting my car back starts the second visit. I called and let them know that Monday my car was driving horrible. The associate told me to bring it in but the wait was about 3/4 hours. So I called back about 2 days later and was told to bring it in then. Second visit, i dropped my car off and was advised that the alignment was off. Well now, here it is my car is still driving horrible. However, as I’m sitting under the carport with the car I noticed one tire is bigger. I called Firestone because my tires are new just bought from Walmart and wasn’t different before I took my car to Firestone. The service manager says, well we Don’t sell them kind of tires. Anyways, as I told him. I’m not asking for anything but I am informing you in case another customer calls about their tire. All my tired said Starfire, and this one says Roadtour 455 Hercules. I went in store 679283 at 11:30am 1 car in the bay and the attendant said it would take an hour. I had to be somewhere at 2 so I figured I had enough time. It’s after 2 and I’m still here. No apology. No discount. No Anything. I’m upset because I asked first then they disregarded my time. Close to Four hours for a wheel balance? I could’ve dropped it off the next day or another time. I set an Wheel Alignment appointment for 1PM. I dropped my truck off around 1130AM so it can be placed in the que. I call around 1:45PM for a status update and I'm told that the truck was aligned and taken on a test drive. The tech found an issue and wanted to address it on the alignment machine. I show up and my truck is where I left it. I ask an associate how much longer, and he says that they are waiting for a tech to get free so they can start the alignment. I asked if any work had been done, and they said no. It's next up for service... These guys aren't even communicating the made up story to one another. Why lie to me on the phone then? Why even set up an appointment? I purchased a lifetime alignment, but I didn't expect service to be this bad. My suggestion, send an update at the time of the appointment and let us know you're backed up. I can understand that you are busy and things back up, but common courtesy is to let us know what's going on. Definitely don't lie about it. T
