I have used West Houston several times now and have made it my preferred mechanical shop. They are a honest, responsible and professional mechanical service shop. Update: They offered to pay for the new tire, I would absolutely recommend coming here for whatever work you need done. Good service and good prices. Original: The repairs were done well at a reasonable price but when I went to pick up my car it had a flat tire that they said it couldn't be patched and they couldn't do anything except put the spare on.
The team was very attentive to my needs. I was personally greeted by name as soon as I walked through the door.West Houston is better than any dealership handsdown.The team explained the services and I was able to take advantage of a promotional offer and coupon.
