Nice knowledgeable people. Always worried that since I don't know much about cars people are always going to trick me or upsell me. That was not the case here. Came in because my car was not working the way it should, I brought it in and they fixed the problem in 15 minutes. They did so with a smile and didn't charge me anything for the quick fix. Definitely recommend this location for anyone with car troubles.
Sidney is amazing! He is professional, respectful and knowledgeable. I will return to Simplice based solely on my experience with him. If you are planning to get repairs on your vehicle, please work with Sidney. His brother is completely unprofessional and disrespectful and almost cost the shop a customer today.
