Service King Collision Kingwood (Now Crash Champions)

Car accident 3/28: Received a text April 6 from this collision center stating "all major parts arrived, estimated completion date is 4/28". Fast forward to today, received a text the new estimated completion date is JUNE 30! When I spoke to the manager regarding the new date, he stated a major part is missing, but I had received a text 4/6 everything arrived! Nobody seems to care that I have to turn in my rental 4/26. Insurance company still gets their money, this collision center will STILL get paid, everyone employed at this company will STILL have their job but, I as the customer, may end up losing my job as I will not have a vehicle to get to work in after 4/26! I will never use them again! The only important thing for them is, that they get paid!! Wouldn't be surprised if the parts they claimed to have on 4/6 were used on another vehicle!! Super friendly staff! Loved the text updates and calls with my cars progression it made me feel not so in the dark on things. They also got it done before the expected date. Highly recommend

Stay away!!! Claimed that paint contamination and fish eyes were rock chips in the body - if it was a rock chips then why not offer for customer pay options, so that their terrible paint job would blend with existing paint. HORRIBLE customer service! Manager never called and the assistant manager avoided ume after I refused the work, the body lines did not match the first time I was supposed to pick the car up, they have glass offices so you can see that the assistant manager was just on social media.
