Service King Collision Kingwood (Now Crash Champions)

I want to start by saying thank you to the team at service king kingwood location, they did an amazing job on my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sahara, my Jeep looks like new, their service was done correctly and in a timely matter, communication was excellent I received a text every morning and every afternoon letting me know what was being done on my Jeep, if they were waiting for parts or if it was prep for paint, etc Big thanks to my advisor Chelsea!!! Thank you for a job well done, hope this review serves other people trotting to decide where to fix their vehicles, this guys are not cheap but they are professional and give you a “life time warranty on their repairs and paint jobs”.

Super friendly staff! Loved the text updates and calls with my cars progression it made me feel not so in the dark on things. They also got it done before the expected date. Highly recommend

Stay away!!! Claimed that paint contamination and fish eyes were rock chips in the body - if it was a rock chips then why not offer for customer pay options, so that their terrible paint job would blend with existing paint. HORRIBLE customer service! Manager never called and the assistant manager avoided ume after I refused the work, the body lines did not match the first time I was supposed to pick the car up, they have glass offices so you can see that the assistant manager was just on social media.
