So happy I trusted my intuition and came to this place. I had called to see if I can bring my truck in because I was having an coolant leak and I thought it was my water pump but when I came to get it looked at Michael (a true angel) assured me that I was riding around with no oil and that was causing my issue. Thank God for him! He could have lied and got about $400 out of me. From now on when I need my vehicles repaired, I will spend my money here.

Professional, competent, and courteous! This is the only place I'll bring my car..period! Being a woman, I didn't know what to expect, as it had been my experience to be spoken to in a condescending manner by other mechanics. Not the case here! I was treated with the utmost respect and consideration, which makes all the difference!! When I first came to this place, I expected that they would do the work with expertise (which they did)..what I did NOT expect was how great the SERVICE would be! Michael didn't just explain the condition of my car, he brought me out to the garage and SHOWED me. He pointed out a couple of other things that I should be aware of but didn't have to be attended to immediately. During my most recent experience..I was TERRIFIED that my car would stall on my way to work, causing me to become a bit "frazzled" and emotional by the time I called and explained the situation to Michael. He just said "don't worry, we'll take care of you "...and they did! My car was fix

I’ve come here twice with two different cars and both times really nice experiences! I’m extremely happy with the prices and how well the guys in the front explain things to me. I do not feel taken advantage of… only problem is I do not even live on this side of Houston but I trust them so much that if it’s a problem with my vehicle I will try to make it… but they close at 3 on Saturday opposed to 3:30 like the sign says.
