1st to post feedback in 2 decades. Informed shop owner several times to maintain and also inspect car thoroughly before sending car to northern state for child but they can not perform simple, routine, and basic visual diagnosis to find leaky boot on drive shaft. They did not apologize and do not feel they need a new customer like me when I explained to owner calmly. Feel sorry for their loyal customers.
Great service! Brought my car here to fix my trunk that wouldn’t open. Took it to two other shops who tried the fix it but whatever they did didnt last and cost $$$ for nothing. The guys at Joseph’s auto services were able to fix the trunk issue with no problem and within a short time frame also. Great communication and customer service. Will be taking all my cars here!
