I left my Mercedes GL450 with an appointment made the day before for the programming of one of the computers, they told me that the car was ready for the same day, 3 days had passed and the car still had not been fixed. I do not recommend this auto repair to anyone.
This auto repair has been taken over by a new owner/management and has taken a turn in the wrong direction. Quotes are presented prior and then once the vehicle is serviced a much higher price is being charged vs. the quote that was presented prior.
Great place. I respect the guy, but the service they provide its way higher than the market price, $170 per hour for changing the part for $60, and they said over $500 labor ???? also he was telling it might take longer its means more money. The guys who work there are good and friendly, but the owner stays away from him. Probably I'm not gonna come back to this place.
