Ms. Carolina and team at AutoNation Collision were the absolute best. I highly recommend them. It was such a difficult time with my car and battling the insurance company. But, thanks to AutoNation I had some peace. They helped in every possible way. When I picked up my car the receptionist was an absolute delight full of smiles. Something you don’t see much anymore. I don’t usually leave reviews, but AutoNation Collision really deserves this review. Thank you!

The absolute worst experience in any repair facility being body or mechanical in my entire life dealing with shops around the globe which includes 3rd world countries! Repair for a simple rear bumper took approximately 2 months. They kept blaming Progressive and vice versa. Just a complete nightmare. Communication is another great failure with this facility. I had to constantly contact for updates while traveling which made me incur more expenses as well. The final week of the car to be delivered after several failed promise dates I receive a call once again while out of the country stating it needs a battery which I need to pay for. My car went in perfectly starting fine and again this was never communicated in the 2 months at shop. One would think for all the above mentioned a minor $158 battery would be handled by the facility at the very least! I had my Mercedes EQS repaired at this location. Extremely bad experience. 2 months for the repair then another 2 weeks because they lost a piece when they dissembled the driver's door. I received my car and noticed the chromes are ruined, several rubbers and other items are missing from the car. Communication is poor. I take 3-4 phone calls and voice msgs and a phone call to the manager to have them call me back.
