I have been a customer for many years, but I'm thoroughly disappointed by recent decline in service quality and customer service. Recently I spent almost $4000 on repairs, including installation of new tires and alignment. However, I've noticed that tire noise is bad and car drives wobbly. I went back to the shop 3 times to fix the issue, but they wanted to charge me additional amount to fix more stuff and to rebalance the tires. Skeptical, I went to Costco Tire Center to have them look and discovered that the tires were improperly installed in the first place!!! This can be a safety issue. I went back to I.C.C. and they reinstalled the tires, but they didn't really seem to be sorry. I spent 3 trips back and forth and many hours trying to correct their mistake (which they admitted), but they did not seem sorry. Why should they? DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. I brought my Range Rover Sport in for an alignment. Came in and was quoted $179 plus a FREE multi-point vehicle inspection. Made an appointment for several days later and was quoted $179 again the morning I left the car. No call to let me know the vehicle was finished, but I got an email notification to approve the charges - $282. So I called to NOT APPROVE THE WORK. Said it's already been done. The extra was "He ran into needing to spend more time with the vehicle". Then when I came to pick up the vehicle they added $35 in shop materials. I talked to the owner who agreed they probably should have honored the quote since they never called - - BUT HE WOULDNT ADJUST THE BILL> I will be taking additional action. The dealer price is the same. If you think you are saving money to go here - go to the dealer and get better treatment and certified mechanics trained by Land Rover.
