Grapevine Automotive Services

My family has been using Grapevine Automotive for a few years now for four older vehicles. They are fairly priced and excellent with repairs. Don't expect quick service since they are usually busy, but if you can wait a day or so, you should be very happy with the results.

This is by far the worst shop I’ve ever had experience with! I was recommended to this shop by one of my clients. I was in need of my 82 fiat spider being diagnosed for a crank no start situation; so i took my client advice (because he spoke highly of this place) and took my car there. Let me just start off by saying Scott “seemed” like a pretty cool guy i guess that was an act to get my potential business. I dropped my car off to him on a Thursday morning and he told that would take a look at it on Friday the next day or Monday morning. Wednesday of the next week came and I called to check to see if they had taken a look at it and they did but did not call to give me any updates. Before we got off the phone i asked Scott if he could call me with updates, so he agreed…. 3 weeks goes by and he still did not call to update me what was going on with my car.
