They did excellent work on my wife's car but they want an appointment to schedule a review of your requested work. The shop manager, Marcus, did manage to fit me in however so cuddos for working with me on the fly.

I had an excellent experience with DFW collision. They were so easy to work with. The communication was great. I received updates via text and phone calls from my rep Ashley every step of the way. She worked with the insurance comp and took care of that completely. I didn’t have to do anything. They were efficient and got my car ready faster than the expected date. The repairs look impeccable and I am so happy. The manager Marcus was so helpful as well when I had questions. I would and will highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs. The personnel are helpful and knowledgeable. Working with them made the process easy. The parking lot is free of potholes and debris. The building appears well maintained. Inside there is a waiting area with a TV and a snack and drink vending machine that helped make me comfortable while I waited. They took care of my business quickly while treating me with respect.
