How my experience came about with Caliber Collision was my truck was stolen from a hotel parking lot in Dallas. My auto insurance is with USAA & Caliber is a contractor for auto insurance through out Texas. Once we had the truck out of the police impound it was taken to Caliber in Grapevine. The Crew there were very professional & friendly, keeping me updated on the repairs and expected completion of repairs. Good place to do business with. Thanks Randy
Great experience here. Took my car here for an insurance claim. That was deemed a total loss. It took months for it to finalize and they didn't charge me a penny for storage.
Superb customer service! I was in an accident and Caliber made the insurance claim repair process simple. The team works very efficiently and quickly to get you in and out on your way. I was most impressed by the text updates I would receive from my service advisor Scott. I was able to reach out via email, text or phone call whichever was most convenient and would always receive a response. If you are renting from Enterprise they have a shuttle that comes and picks you up to drive over to their store in Grapevine as well. Most importantly, my car looked good as new when they were done with the repair and was spotless. I am completely satisfied with this experience and would highly recommend!
