My mother and youngest daughter are currently using Mainstreet Auto Repair and when we realized that a dear friend Ruben is employed there, we knew we were in good hands! It's been a little over a week because of parts that are ordered so I am rating a four instead of five star at this moment. The worst experience of my life with this shop! Took my car in for a timing belt they gave it back after 2 weeks and I had it for exactly a day and over night it leaked out fluids from the belt cause they didn’t put a cap back on or whatever! My alignment was messed up my engine was knocking like crazy it was struggling to fire up and it smelled burnt! Took it back they took ANOTHER TWO WEEKS and they kept changing the day for me to pick it up when they have it back there was no transmission fluid in it AFTER i told them I had to go out of town! on top of that they told the lot I purchased my car from that it had only been in for a job one time! Never taking my car back here if it ever needs work again.
