One of the last things on my 1962 Ford Falcon I had them work on was my lights. They repaired my headlights, brake lights/taillights and showed me that they work. On my invoice he charged me over $800 dollars to repair my rear parking lights and over $600 to repair my turn signals. My car doesn't have rear parking lights and the turn signals still needed work. I sent him a email voicing my concerns over work that was not done/complete and his response was "if the work was not done you will get a full refund". I called him on that and not only did he refuse to give me a refund but he denied sending me that email.( i have it dated Wed Sept 14) He did tell me that if I brought my car back that he would make sure the work was done and complete. I told him again I have no rear parking lights and I already did the repair on my bumper/turn signals. He cont to refuse to give me my refund for work that was not done as he said he would.
