I wouldnt even give this shop one star. I never leave bad reviews but at this point i have had enough JORGE lies to much. first off my mothers car was supposed to be worked on but instead Jorge's wife/ receptionist was caught driving my mothers car after hours with her kids in the car windows down ac full blast. The engine to my vehicle had locked so i paid 3500 to get it fixed "Jorge supposedly had fixed it" a month later the engine locked and now jorge is blaming me for the issue but there was an oil leak and when i took it back so jorge can look at it his employee had confirmed to my father that jorge had messed something up and he wanted to blame me for his mistake. My car has been sitting at his shop now for 5 months and the times that i have called to see when it would be ready jorge tells me he will call me back in 2 hours and never calls back. Now he wants me to pay 2000 more and then he will start working on it. So this whole time ive been thinking hes working on it ,but turns

My lady had issues with the Cadillac truck, and the $1000 part she brought for the repair. We received the wrong part and after fiddling for a week, Felishia informed us that she would take the lead and get my lady her money back, or get the right parts... and Jorge informed us on the installation and what she can expect once the parts were in order in the vehicle. They took the time to explain in simple English what we need to expect...thanks alot for honest answers that are ez to understand.
