Munoz Auto Repair

I've been taking all our families care to Munoz for the last16 years. Since the main ownwr has left it's not the same. Communication is bad. I'm sad to say. It's time to find another auto place to repair our cars. I miss the other owner. He always took great care of our family cars. The employees that are there now could care less. Bye!!!!! I've taken my cars to Munoz for maintenance and repairs since my 20's (I'm 46 now) and he's always been professional, fair, and thorough. It's hard to find honest and competent mechanics that don't try to knock you over the head regarding their pricing. I will continue to take my business to Munoz as well as refer friends and family to him for their maintenance/repair needs.

My 2011 Ford Taurus engine failed on me, truly depressing. Town East Ford tried to tell me the fan failed to engage and that's what caused the engine to overheat. They wanted 7k + labor. After my shock wore off I called around to several shops who all told me 3-4k to replace the engine. Enter Mr. Munoz. When I explained to him what was going on he told me to look online find a used engine and he would install with a 60 day warranty on the labor for $1150. Needless to say I jumped on it right away. One week later I got a call that my wife's car was ready to go and it was $100 cheaper than quoted. I highly recommend Mr. Munoz for anything auto you need. Great service all around!! I also recommend buying an extended warranty. Quite a few insurance companies have plans that are reasonably priced. But REALLY THANK YOU MUNOZ AUTO REPAIR!
