About 3 weeks ago I had a fight with an ATM machine and scuffed up our family’s brand new 2023 Ford Transit Van . Truly a one of a kind vehicle! I was really under the gun to get it fixed because my adult children were planning on using it for a trip . Marty was the only person to call me back at all , but considering it was Saturday I was impressed. He wasn’t able to fix it that day but assured me he could have it ready on time . I went and picked the van up today and it was perfect!!!! I had paid prior to my arrival and to my utter shock, Marty told me that it didn’t cost as much as he originally quoted because he was able to eliminate a rather expensive part . He never had to mention that and I thought his original price was more than fair. Well , I am already bringing him a very special car , my Mother in Laws 1975 Cadillac El Dorado, her dream car!!!! My family and I had come to Galveston for a week long trip. Once I got here I began to have issues with my alternator. John at Marty’s went above and beyond to help me out and get my car fixed and back to me quickly, and at an extremely good price. Past Sunday, we were just coming back from a cruise. Our Honda Odyssey had a problem with the alternator. Fortunately, we made it to Marty's shop. On a Sunday, they received us. We met Ray whom, after a few minutes, we talked to as a friend. We left the keys and drove back to Kingwood, Tx with our son who had come to pick us up. Wednesday, they called us back. The car was ready! We drove there Thursday morning and picked it up. Everyone there was great. This company is fantastic. If you leave in Galveston, you should have them service your vehicle.
