Helped an older lady deal with a lost key fob. Dealership told her she would have to have it towed to them for replacement. I helped the lady connect with Marty’s Towing. They responded immediately and got the car (which could not be put in neutral) very carefully loaded and delivered to the dealership. Very reasonable charge. Would highly recommend. Best place ever for car repairs and towing. John in car repair department goes above and beyond to find problem that no one else could find. Tow drivers are very courteous and also go beyond what is expected.

Past Sunday, we were just coming back from a cruise. Our Honda Odyssey had a problem with the alternator. Fortunately, we made it to Marty's shop. On a Sunday, they received us. We met Ray whom, after a few minutes, we talked to as a friend. We left the keys and drove back to Kingwood, Tx with our son who had come to pick us up. Wednesday, they called us back. The car was ready! We drove there Thursday morning and picked it up. Everyone there was great. This company is fantastic. If you leave in Galveston, you should have them service your vehicle.
