State car inspection. In and out quickly. Everyone was nice and polite. Air conditioning nice and cool in the small waiting room I will use them again.

I have been a regular customer of this location for several years. No problems until now. I had my oil changed 10 days ago. Over the weekend, while driving on the freeway, the protective guard, came loose and began dragging on the highway. (I had not hit anything on the roadway to cause this issue.) After I was able to get to a safe place, I realized it was only held on by 2 bolts. There were no other bolts on the guard. I was able to have it removed from dragging any further and placed it in my vehicle. Today I went to discuss what happened at the Kwik Kar facility. The lady who was working took my car and said she would handle it. After a short time, she brought it around. She told me they put it back on with the 2 screws I had given her and with zip ties. My car is only 2 years old and this location has serviced oil changes 90% of the time. She said that it was recorded on their records that I was missing clips on my last visit. What?
