Fortunately this visit was just for a state inspection. It was a quick in and out today. I've used JSV for repairs in the past and they were honest and fair mechanics. I appreciate that and I'll be back for either a repair or inspection again.

Henry was very kind, understanding, and helpful. He offered us a ride when it was raining to our home while we waited for vehicle to be worked on. He called and informed us of our options and best route to go on fixing the vehicle.

Do not trust these people. They will lie about services performed. I needed freon and change of break pads then decided to get my oil changed, also. When I went back with air condition was not cooling, I was told they have no records of any work done on my car besides changing my break pads and a water pump for 846. I immediately pulled up my American Express bill showing two charges 846 and 115 (oil change). Again, I was told their records doesn’t show the second receipt but it’s on my bill. I was quoted they would charge me 139 plus 120 hour labor to put freon in my car, I left. Please don’t trust them, it’s no way I’d pay 961 to change my front and back brake pads and water pump, only.
