My wife and I were in Galveston for her birthday on a weekend getaway. We were in a jeep which has no doors when her seatbelt locked up and she was unable to put it on. It was our last day in Galveston and we needed to head home, which is almost a 2 hour drive. Found J & C online and stopped in to ask for assistance. We y old Juan our situation and he said to leave it with him and he would give it a look and see if he can get us fixed and on our way. Even offered to give us a ride wherever we wanted in Galveston while we waited. We declined since he is very close to the beach and we walked to the beach to take stroll. In somewhere around an hour or less he called and said it was ready. We told him we would walk back and he said no, he would pick us up, which he did. His shop had vehicles in it, meaning he had plenty of work, but he took the time to help us when we were in a bind. A very good man running a very good shop. Juan and his team did an outstanding job. We are here on vacation when this issue started to be a problem so we looked for a local repair shop. J&C had great reviews and we explained the situation. Juan worked our vehicle in and diagnosed and fixed the issues in amazing time. Not only that, the special care taken to protect the interior was a nice touch.
