You can tell he really cares about the customer by being transparent about options. I had limited time to get my inspection done. I pulled into Washguys Automotive and Lube and was immediately greeted by Curtis! He started on my car in no time. He was very informative on maintenance I will need to pay attention to in the future. No one has ever done that when I have gotten an inspection. I also needed my front headlights restored (I’ve been neglecting for awhile) and they offered that service to me at a very reasonable price. What got me is that both were completed in less than hour.
