Excellent service but poor customer service. Let me explain, so I showed up early this morning, I may have been the 2nd customer to enter their office. When I walked in one of the owners was casually talking with another customer and it wasn’t until I said good morning when I received one in return. However, when “other” customers walked in they were greeted with a good morning sir or ma’am. Lol when the “other” customers checked out, they addressed them by their name and said THANK YOU! Let’s not forget that they sat down with them to discuss issues any issues that the customer was having. I had my car towed to this shop from Anna so I actually been passed up several shops to get to them so it would have nice to be greeted with the same acknowledgment and respect. As no one wants to be ignored and disregarded especially if they are supporting a business.

I took my car in for a weird shudder that was happening as I would try to accelerate from zero mph. I had to drop my car off the night before and found the drop envelopes and slot were easy to find. They were quick to respond to phone calls, easy to talk to and get answers from, accurate in their estimate of cost and time for repairs, and never made me feel like I was making it up or the cause of the problem (as opposed to my last experience at another shop). Plus, after the repair, my car is back to driving smoothly. I would definitely recommend these folks.
