Firestone Complete Auto Care

Man, that’s a great service manager you got here. (Young dude with a long red beard and tattoo on his forearm) I set an alignment appointment 2 days ago for one of the open slots the website had, and it said it was confirmed. I get here at the time it told me to be here, and he then tells me that he has no availability and he sent out an email THIS MORNING. Really? You send out a notice on the DAY OF the appointment (appointment was at 10am, I got the email at 9:51am while I’m driving to get there) to tell me you have no openings and you push my appointment to a day the following week that does not work for me? Great job Firestone, you have a real winner running this shop. Service: Wheel alignment

Three weeks ago this Firestone location quoted me $1,700.00 to fix a fuze electrical distribution box that did not need repairing. I tested the distribution box with my equipment and passed all electrical flow tests and no fuses were burned out. The Caliber Auto Care down the street found two wires that needed repairing, for $150.00 and my Jeep was up and running. While my Jeep Patriot was in the Firestone parking lot waiting to be picked up and towed to Caliber Auto, they punched a hole in my rear bumper with the metal door to their trash bin (see photos). They denied any responsibility and suggested that I make an insurance claim. They suggested that the wind pushed the metal door open and caused the damage as opposed to taking any responsibility. This Firestone location has drastically deteriorated in customer service and quality in the last 4 years. I will never return to this location. I'm submitting a demand letter from my attorney to resolve my damaged bumper and to require them

Not professional by any standards. 0 acknowledgment when arriving at open. Then watched them answer phone calls and look up tire sizes for the phone call still not greeted. Waited finally greeted to be told no approximate time frame of completion for a tire plug just stating can it be dropped off and was pretty adamant on referring me to the us380 location without any assistance after being told i am from out of town. This was their store manager. I left
