Even though Jason couldnt help me ( my car is beyond repair) he was so helpful . I mean he knew he couldnt help me but kept doing research and giving me the best information on what to do. I really appreciate you sir! Would definitely recommend to family.
Requested for fixing the running boards on my car. They quoted a price and promised to come and fix them. He is supposed to come and do the job but did not show up. I was waiting for him at home. Not responding to the text messages and calls. On further follow up a guy answers the phone call and doubles the price. Unprofessional and not at all trust worthy. I don't recommend them.
After moving to Frisco Automotive about 5 years ago, I wished we had made the move sooner. While it is a longer drive from McKinney, Frisco Automotive can be trusted to fix your vehicle and treat you fairly and friendly. And if their first fix doesn’t work, the team will keep working to find the problem like when my daughter’s car kept leaking. The mechanics practically took it apart and put it back together to find the problem with little or no extra charge. It is refreshing how Frisco Automotive always puts the customer first!
