20 day old car+ first model year+ COVID+EV, pretty much parts hell. I honestly believe that if it wasn't for my service rep AUSTIN I would have gone crazy. Austin's communication was outstanding keeping me updated as he was trying to source all bits and pieces needed. He understood my expectations ( as it was a brand new car) and not once disappointed. Old school pride and dedication to his work... I hope I never need him again but God forbid you need to, ask for Austin C.

A gentleman backed into my car in a grocery parking lot as I was exiting the parking lot behind another vehicle. I took the car in for repairs for the passenger side front and back doors. The staff were excellent, professional, kind, courteous, and respectful. It was a pleasure dealing with the guys at Caliber during a difficult situation. Getting a repair as a young woman, you always risk being taken advantage of. I did not have that issue with Austin. His team operates with high integrity and customer driven service!
