I took a used vehicle to AA that I was looking to purchase and had them do their pre-purchase inspection to let me know if the vehicle was in good condition or not...after the inspection I decided not to purchase the vehicle because even though the carfax didn't show any accidents they noticed that it for sure had been in an accident but hadn't shown up on the report. Probably someone fixed on their own and never involved insurance. Glad to have paid the money for this inspection that help me easily make the decision not to buy the vehicle. Thank you AA!

went in to have some work done. The car ended up needed a bit more repairs than i bargained for, but Rick was willing to work with me to reduce the price. Rather than try to up-sale me on things that weren't strictly necessary, they explained what needed to be fixed, what would be optional right then (though would need to get sorted eventually) and why. turn around time was also great, 2 days in the shop and everything was good.
