I am very pleased with the repair work that I just had done at 3rd Street Garage! My car wouldn’t start and after I replace the battery, still no luck. Michael was able to recommend a really great towing service and once receiving my car followed up to let me know it had arrived. Michael was very good at explaining the diagnosis and the steps needed to repair my car, including pricing. I was very pleased that my car was repaired the next day and ready for pick up. I had first taken my car to Honda for repair. They gave me an estimate for ignition and starter. I luckily had a 2nd opinion with 3rd Street Garage. Michael told me I only needed the starter repaired, and the ignition was fine. If I would have gone with Honda I would have wasted a lot of my hard earned money. I also had my inspection done with 3rd Street Garage. Thank you guys so much for your honesty, courtesy, and fantastic repairs. Very quick repairs also. I brought my Japanese imported Suzuki Jimny to 3rd Street Garage on the recommendation of a close friend who had brought his Japanese import there for service. The team at 3rd Street was professional, easy to talk to, transparent about services and pricing, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly. They were patient while I sourced parts (since it was imported from Japan not everything was readily available, but if you don’t have a vehicle you imported they will find the parts for you!) like the new suspension and brakes and kept my vehicle safe while in their possession. I can’t say enough about how kind and helpful Michael was. He took the time to explain the shop’s findings and what needed to be done to make repairs. I will definitely bring my Jimny here if I ever need help again and would 110% recommend you give them a visit if you need help!
