We were traveling from out of town and we were so thankful for Jeff! He came to our rental house, even thirty minutes early, and got our car running again, so that we could finish our vacation, and make it home! Without Jeff, we don't know what we would've done. He replaced two sparkplugs and recommended we have the rest replaced by our local mechanic, after we get home. A few days after he fixed it, he stopped by to see how it was running. Jeff is thorough, honest, and efficient. We have a 2010 Rav4 4WD Sport & are new to the area (Holiday Lakes, neat Angleton). The first time the car stopped running, Jeff was able to come out, diagnose & repair within a day. He also checked out the car & repaired a part that was nearly disintegrated, saving us another breakdown & additional costs. The 2nd time, we troubleshot the problem over the phone & Jeff confirmed the problem on site. The part needed required special order & was several hundred dollars & a 2 week wait.
