I wanted to thank Mr Kincaid for the wonderful service he provided. I am from Tennessee and was visiting my husband in Dallas Texas. We were in Fort Worth when our car started acting up. We looked up shops near us and found Mr Kincaid's. It was almost closing time and he offered to help fix our car so we could get back to Dallas. He took the time to explain what was wrong and even had his son pick up the parts for us and then fix it. He was very kind and the service was exceptional!
