Its been 9 months since I originally took my vehicle in, and my Tiguan is still not fixed. Communication has been an issues from the start, with not getting updates or returned calls. The excuse was that they were shorthanded, it would have been nice to know that when I made the initial call to see if they could take my car. When I originally picked up my car, not knowing what to look for and I thought everything looked good. When I got home my son and husband pointed out the obvious gapping issues with front bumper/fenders/grill and misaligned hood, a paint chip on the hood, and a cracked headlight. My car had to be taken back up there several times to get these issues resolved, including the time they replaced the cracked headlight with another cracked headlight. The paint chip was “fixed” by rubbing some paint on it, which is still noticeable. Feeling like they “little lady” me one to many times, my husband is now trying to deal with this mess.
